The Golden Rule: Custom Made for You

Every single case we craft is uniquely printed to order based on your specific phone model, chosen design, and preferred finish. Because these are personalized items, they are exempt from the standard UK 14-day cooling-off period, and we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

That said, we want you to love your case! If something isn’t right, we are absolutely here to help.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, please let us know.

  • Timeline: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be completely unused and in their original condition.

  • Return Window: Once approved, the item must reach our UK studio within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the return postage costs if the fault is ours. For any other authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Changes

We work fast to get your order to you!

  • You have a 6-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or change a design/model.

  • After 6 hours, your case moves directly into production, and we can no longer alter or cancel the order.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their bespoke nature, we strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom / Personalized Phone Casesunless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Missing or Late Refunds

If your return has been approved and you haven’t seen the funds drop into your account yet, don’t worry. Just drop us a line with your order number at hello@bricworx.com and we will track it down for you.
